Team totals count each default-branch commit once. Contributor totals credit the full additions and deletions to every GitHub-resolved primary author and co-author, so contributor totals are not meant to add up to the team total.

Only commits authored during the official hackathon window are included. GitHub raw totals include merges, generated files, dependencies, and lockfiles.
