AI POS by Toy is an affordable point-of-sale system designed for small family grocery stores in Thailand. I started this project to help modernize my mother’s grocery store, which has served the local community for more than 30 years. The system supports barcode scanning, product search, inventory management, checkout, sales recording, profit tracking, and thermal receipt printing. My goal is to make technology easier and more affordable for small shop owners. During OpenAI Build Week, I plan to add AI features that can summarize daily sales, identify best-selling and low-stock products, and provide practical suggestions for store management.
